“Overall, I'd definitely stay again! The booking online was easy, and since our stay was the last week of October and thier off season it wasn't crazy busy. We were even able to upgrade to a suite. The view was beautiful. The room was clean. The only thing is we didn't have the ability to cast or hook our phones up to watch TV. The channels available were meh maybe our only not so happy moment. The staff was wonderful from the front desk, housekeeping, and room service. The Heirloom Kitchen food was a surprise in a wonderful way....such great food! We have stayed places, and the on-site restaurant was a disappointment...NOT here!! We spent one of our 3 days only eating at the Heirloom. We felt like it was money well spent to celebrate our anniversary. Thanks Hilton Rockwall Lakefront.

Rooms: Very clean but the bed was bit on the harder side and not able to cast or use phone to watch TV.

Nearby activities: Tons of restaurants near as well as a movie theater.

Safety: Felt very safe.

Food and drinks: The Heirloom Kitchen was amazing!

“BW Hotel in Rockwall is located along I-30 East. Very convenient to locate and accessible to the main highway to Dallas. It’s located .7 mile from a major shopping district with all kinds of restaurants and shops within a walking distance. It’s newly renovated and looks beautiful inside and out. Food is not the greatest and breakfast is scanty but the employees are very warm and welcoming.

Rooms: I was surprised at the quality of the rooms and the beds. I got two Queen beds and it was nice. I think people are smoking in the rooms despite the warm g because I smelled smoke throughout my stay in my room.

Nearby activities: There’s so much to do around the hotel. It’s possible to just walk around the malls and eat in nearby restaurants all day.

Walkability: It’s very accessible to a number of restaurants and shopping mall. It’s only .7 mile from stores like Ross, Kohl’s, Navy, Burlington etc.

Food & drinks: The breakfast is not the best but they have the basic stuff. I don’t eat breakfast but I went to take a look and I decided not to eat for the 3 days I was there.”

“The location is great right by the harbor and everything offered there. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. New hotel and is kept nice and clean. Will definitely stay again.”

“My house flooded and I spent 8 days here! This is the cleanest hotel that I have stayed at in years! In fact... it is immaculate inside and out! The employees treated us as if we were family! They were all super sweet!Everything was absolutely perfect!I could actually see myself staying here long term!The rooms are very comfy! They have everything you could possibly need in the rooms! Full sized fridge with a freezer! Toaster, stove, can opener, dishes, dishwasher, garbage disposal! Very nice bathroom with rainfall shower head!Outdoors they have 2 very nice barbecue grills (you can cook your own food) and 2 gorgeous fire pits and a swimming pool! I will always stay at TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Rockwall when I am anywhere near here!They made one of the most miserable times of my life enjoyable and relaxing! I am forever grateful to every single person that works there!!!Rooms: Rooms have everything in them you could want/needNearby activities: Lake Ray Hubbard is a couple blocks away!Safety: Safest town I have ever lived in!Walkability: You could walk to Walmart or a couple of restaurants. You really need a car or ride share!Noteworthy details: I have horrible debilitating OCD about cleanliness! This place made me very, very comfortable!”

“The Manager made us feel welcome from the moment we walked through the door. The lady checking us in was wonderful and sweet, she was also the bartender at the bar. There was also a gentleman who was super friendly with anything we needed help with or any questions. The rooms were huge and clean. Would stay there again for sure!”
