“Wonderful stay. Mark was at the front desk for our stay on 8/19/23. Very helpful, friendly, and made check in a breeze. He answered all of our questions. Great employee and makes a great first impression.Inside the lobby there was a nice pool table, games to play and was well lit and inviting. Almost like a friendly family party type of vibe. Didn't get to check out the pool. Fitness center was nice and had plenty of equipment. Easy to get ice, buckets and water before heading up the elevator to the room. Also liked the handwritten notes on the dry erase board with all the advice and tips for the area.Room was nice, bed was a little firm imo. Comfortable overall. My request for ac to be turned on was fulfilled and it felt amazing walking into a cool room on arrival.Tv was pretty big. Having a welcome (insert your name here) on the screen was a nice little touch. The only gripe was youtube didn't work and i wish the guide showed the live tv preview while searching. Minor gripes.Bathroom was clean, bright and spacious. I really enjoyed the shower and the water pressure. However, the thing i may have enjoyed the most was the body wash, shampoo and hand soap. Goodness, im used to simple bar soap, but this stuff smelled great, vibrant and refreshing. Invigorating and wish they sold it because i would have purchased it on my way out.The location was perfect. Plenty of stuff to do in the area and is by a walmart, target etc in case you forget something.Breakfast was solid and standard hotel fare. I appreciated the sausage links, toast, eggs. Oooh and they had chocolate milk and plenty of different cereals.My only gripes were minor things like the tv stuff, pillows (kinda flat), smallerish game and lobby area, carpet was installed a little wonky in the hallways, a few lumps on our ceiling (room 429), and the color scheme was kinda weird.But those are nitpicky gripes and with me really looking. Overall the room was clean, quiet, comfortable and the staff was friendly throughout the stay, especially Mark. Well done, and we will be back when we decide to do another staycation.”

“BEWARE!!!! This Hotel and staff do not honor policy! i booked a room weeks in advanced. I canceled within the cancelation time frame and I was still charged. Expedia agreed that I was wrongfully charged and tried for weeks to get my refund. They refused even with proof that I should have not been charged. I called trusting that it was a simple mistake and was rudely told that I would not get a refund by a woman that awnsered the call at the hotel. DO NOT TRUST THIS HOTEL OR STAFF WITH YOUR FINANCIAL INFORMATION, I do not recommend ever giving this establishment a credit card number they are not trust worthy. CROOKS!!!”

“The rooms were very clean and very comfortable beds. The front Desk was amazing and very friendly and polite. My stay was great I will be staying here again.Rooms: Very clean and nice.Walkability: Everything is in walking distanceFood & drinks: The have vending machines with everything you might need, razors, soap, toothbrush and toothpaste an Snacks.”

“This hotel charged me a $75 deposit. I don't get charged a deposit at any other hotels I stay at.I have no problem with a hotel asking for my car model and color to be sure the cars in the lot are hotel guests. But the person at the front desk told me if I didn't take a tag back out to my car and put it on the dash, he would tow my car. This was incredibly inconsiderate.These people must think they are the only hotel in town. They know nothing about customer service. I will not be going back here.”

“Nothing negative to say what do ever.. would recommend anyone I know to stay here, offered the cleaning lady money to watch my room and let me know what kinda activity she saw when I want around, she no only refused the cash I offered her but she did what I was asking and even had other people giving me updates, I honestly wouldn't stay anywhere else next time im in that area and need to stay somewhere.. I don't give reviews like this before often either, but I had to for this place”
