I needed some help transferring data to a new phone that I had purchased, and I was clueless how to do it... I went to the Rockwall cricket store, and the young lady Katelyn was so nice and helpful! That had to have been the BEST experience I've ever had in a phone store. Very clean and professional environment.

Staff was really friendly and polite. Yolanda greeted me as soon as I entered the door and was very professional. Helped me with everything I needed and answered any questions I had. Great experience, will definitely be coming back!
