This store has positive, competent staff. If you have a choice of which AT&T store to use I would go with this one.

We had an excellent experience with Jay at the Ridge Road store! He was super friendly and knowledgeable. He kept me informed on each and every part of my transaction and set my daughter and I up with new phones, watches and iPads for the best price. If you're looking for a great person to work with he's the man!!
