“if you are looking for a community, look no further! not only will you find your home here, you will be joining a great community. the management here hosts so many events so that we can get to know them and our neighbors! kids gets to have a good time as well as the adults. my children and i love living here so much and it’s such a quiet neighborhood. the maintenance team is so responsive as well as the management office. i highly recommend moving here whether you’re alone or coming with a family!”
“My friends live here and I visit quite often. It’s a great complex, especially for kids. Schools are close. They have a playground, pool, dog park, and community nights that included fun themes like potato bars(with brisket!!), family game night, and more. It’s convenient to restaurants (Baja Cantina my fave!), coffee, gas, and grocery all less than a mile away. The staff is great and this will be my next home when my lease is up at the end of the year!”
“In this apartment complex you live very peacefully, they are very well located, it is a very safe area, the apartments are in perfect condition and when you have any request they attend to it sometimes in less than 24 hours. The office staff are very friendly and attentive, especially Zabrina. 100% recommended.”

“I have been in this complex for 15 months, very convenient location. Clean, quiet, the pool area is well maintained same for the Gym. The management staff is very nice and courteous. I have had a few maintenance requests and they were taken care off promptly. Daniel, Arnold and Steven are super fast to come either the same day or the day after which is very convenient. So far, I have only a positive experience at that place.”
“I lived in these apartments for a little over 2 years and it was the best apartment living experience I could have asked for! Amenities are beautiful, the apartments are gorgeous, and the leasing office and maintenance staff are always prompt with requests. I will say I moved here from out of state and was choosing my apartment based on location and floor plan because I wasn’t here to physically tour it ahead of time BUT the floor plan mark ups online may need some updating because while my floor plan matched room for room, I had carpeting in areas I didn’t expect or want it in (not as big a deal if you’re pet free, unlike me) and my cabinet color was different than what I expected based on the online specifications (minor to me but just something to note if you’re a super aesthetic person). Otherwise everything was great & spot on- I’d recommend this complex to anyone wanting to be in the Alliance area!”

I stopped in late in the evening and met with Courtney Johnson. From then on I was convinced that I had found my new home. Courtney was a consummate professional. “Just re-signed my lease! The office staff is ALWAYS pleasant to work with, the apartment amenities are much better than other places I've seen, the dog park is a great place to chat with other neighbors, the grounds are kept very clean, and the maintenance staff is ALWAYS friendly and courteous! The pool is always kept nice too!”
“We love our home here! We are renewing for our 4th year. Aspire is very kid and dog friendly, office and maintenance are great, the pool is awesome. I only wish there was more parking, but I think that is pretty common for apartments, especially in DFW, so can't really complain about it.”

“I am very pleased with my experience at Monterra Village. I came in to view a unit. Jennifer explained amenities, floor plans and rates. She took me on a tour of a unit and emailed me an application the same day. Upon approval I signed my lease agreement and picked a move-in date. On my move-in day, I picked up my keys and was greeted with a warm welcome. My unit was clean and move-in ready!!! It was a very seamless process. Very very impressive. Don’t let the low google rating fool you, like it almost did me. This is a beautiful community.”
