“My daughter's phone was lost/stolen yesterday, so we went to the store to see what options were available. We didn't want to pay the insurance deductible since it was a "free" phone with the line. Christine helped us so much. She searched through my account and found an option that would work for us. This was having a free 4th line, which came with a free phone. So my daughter got a new phone. Christine also helped us set it up. She was helping us for a good two hours. Poor thing. We were there until closing. She was super helpful and super patient with the situation and with the setup since my daughter forgot her AppleID (lesson learned).
