“I’m writing a review because I referred someone here and they said “oh have you read some of the reviews.” Being a long term tenant here I can vouch and say Monica came in and turned this whole property around for the better. I would have felt the same before in regards to management. However, she came in and told us management would get better and it did. I can call or email her at any time with my concerns. She has even emailed me back after business hours to address concerns. One thing I can say is I’ve never had a maintenance issue that wasn’t fixed the same day or the next day. If it’s urgent such as AC and leaks they come immediately In the middle of the night and fix it. I also love Brittney she is always professional and if she says “I will get back with you then she will. Any other staff that was disliked is gone from this property. Monica does not tolerate disrespect of any of her tenants . If a gate is broken they will lock it for safety. Usually it’s repaired the next day. We have a lot of community activities for adults and kids including food vendors weekly. Don’t let previous reviews deter you from renting here. Things here at the Villas have changed for the better and getting better everyday. You absolutely get what you pay for and it’s worth every penny. This is like getting the Chick-fil-A experience everyday.”
