“Wow. Incredible service. If you are looking to have your jewelry repaired they have you covered. When you want something fixed the best thing to see is a workbench next to the counter. They took our ring, got it reshaped in a couple minutes, and cleaned it. Now it’s looking brand new and fitting right. This is the place to go if you want a real craftsman to handle things.We will be back, and this will be our go to recommendation to everyone we know!”
“I had great service getting watch batteries replaced. The pricing is not to high (unlike those places in the mall) and did not take very long. Note that they specialize in jewelry and do not sell watches, but will do the battery replacements at least.”

“I had an old watch that was coming apart and desperately needed a new watch band. I saw this place on Google and decided to give it a try.To start, the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They greeted me at the counter as if I'd been there a hundred times before. When I presented them with my problem, they were more than happy to help. They let me look at the watch bands carefully and pick which one was to my liking. I found a black leather watch band I loved and the price was more than reasonable. They put my band on the watch and sent me on my way, happy that my watch had been fixed. Definitely coming back here and telling all my friends that this is the go-to place for watch repair.”
