“Grace was so helpful and great to work with. Thought I had to get my new engagement ring sized down and after she inspected the ring, instead of trying to sell me on purchasing the resize, she gave me professional advice to not resize. This was due to the fluctuation of body water retention in the summer vs the winter. She added on a bracket to make the ring fit perfectly for cheaper than I was expecting. Salt of the earth type of service. She will be my jeweler as long as we are in the area. She even cleaned my other ring as a courtsey.”

I had a couple of old rings that needed "something" to make them pretty, and he delivered! Added a few stones and recreated the setting. “I have been to many Kay Jewelers in many different states over the last 20 years for warranty inspections of my wedding ring, never have I had the AMAZING level of service as this location! I was in the area for an appointment and when I saw the Kay, I was going to check off my inspection from my to-do list. I was literally in and out in 5 minutes, but I’ll tell you, I wouldn’t have minded hanging out a little longer. The vibe is so positive, everyone there looked genuinely happy and were so friendly. “TLDR; Jalin Jewelers is honest, fair, and talented and they’ll have my business until they shut down.I’ve been coming to Jalin for a couple of years now and I won’t go anywhere else. I inherited a very precious family heirloom (my great great grandmother’s diamond ring). It had been appraised a year or two before I inherited it but I needed to get it reappraised and it was so important to me that someone HONEST appraise it so I could insure it. A year or so later I took in my engagement ring to be appraised. When I received the appraisal and had questions, Todd took the time to answer all of them and explain the why behind everything and also checked again to make sure everything was correct. I brought in some stones and gold I had to have Todd make my husband a new wedding band. It is GORGEOUS!!! We could not be happier with the customer service and products we’ve received. “Oh my goodness! This shop is AMAZING! Don't miss it when you stop into downtown Plano! I stoop by every time I'm downtown and I have to be careful because I want to buy the whole store. Some of my favorite pieces of clothing and jewelry are from the feathered nest (beautiful patchwork skirt and the cutest cat earrings). This is also a GREAT place for unique and beautiful gifts for you're friend that likes to have that one piece that no one has! The ladies that work here are the sweetest and most helpful!
