“Purchased a twin mattress and box spring today at the Plano store. Deedee and Jimmy were exceptionally helpful. They pulled it from storage, allowed us to try it, checked us out, then loaded it in the van. I was very impressed and encouraged. Great job!”

“I was in the area and needed to pick up a couple items so I came here. I found what I needed and the store seemed well stocked and the produce looked to be of great quality. I did self checkout with no issues. There were a couple of tents in front with "Drone Up" on them and we saw a huge drone flying overhead in the parking lot. When I got home I looked up Drone Up and saw that it is a drone delivery system WalMart is using for certain locations. How cutting edge!”

But now 5-30-24. I went in for one thing and walked out with one thing... It had just what I needed. Flippy Floppy. Not just any flip flops, main flip flops that can last forever. Well at least a couple of years. I get men's shoes, work shoes and flip flops because men are much rougher than females. If I got female flip flops they last only a month maybe.”
“Normally, I don't like going to this Burlington because it's always stink and nasty, but I had no choice. I needed a dress for a baby shower. I went to 3 stores, and finally, Burlington had it. It was cute and a very good price. It fitted. The dressing room was clean and the store didn't smell. The cashier was somewhat nice, too.”

“They would have had 5 stars if it wasn't due the Hispanic employee that almost scalded me for taking her cart that she was using for clearance aisle and stocking. I'm disabled and picked up more items then I intended to. The aisles were a mess and looked as though everything was thrown. How was I to know that a cart with stuff in it in that section was an employees cart for working. Plus I'd been ok with her if it weren't for her dismissive attitude when asked a question on prices, told to go to front check out and ask but when it came to her losing hey cart she had no problem going to the front of the store to get me a cart for myself. All this communication with her was never felt as a valued customer. I felt as though I was an intrusive annoying customer. To the awesome young lady who checked me out when leaving the store, which was my 1st visit ever to this store, thank you for being kind and genuine, I may be a repeat
customer cuz of your great personality!”
