I'm from out of town, and when I visited this location, I was impressed by how well-organized and packed it was. They even had some unique items like peanuts and Hello Kitty products, which are usually hard to find. I'm from San Antonio, and our TJ Maxx/Home Goods combos never seem to have anything quite like this. The best part was that the checkout line wasn't long at all. This location was a delightful find, and I wish we had something similar in my part of Texas.”

I frequent Walmart to get nitro golf balls, $22 for 48 balls, a bargain, I'm not good enough for the golf ball to make much of a difference. I discovered the depth of their food, unique things, Kodiak flapjacks, oikos triple zero yogurt, Halo top ice cream, whole wheat tortillas, and a lot of hard to find groceries for a hard grocery list for my carb cycling meal plan. Walmart is my first stop. I go to a meat market and a fish place and a farmers market when I'm not shopping at Walmart..”

“I made this story my go-to grocery store and pharmacy several years ago, and it just keeps getting better and better. The first thing that blew me away (and I've NEVER been blown away by a grocery store) was the time and effort they put into scrubbing the floors until they gleamed. The whole building was brighter inside. Then they remodeled and it got even better. Every time I've had an interaction with an employee, it's been good. This place is a *jewel* in Plano. Well done, Walmart!”

“Really cool finds for cheaper than usual. It was a nice visit for knickknacks and decor. Definitely like the usual Ross stores. It was clean, pretty organized for a Ross, and the store wasn't crowded. The cashiers were fast, and they're usually flexible with any items that have damage or missing something and will give you a discount at the register. Really convenient.”

When I got there and asked why is so much, they give me a run around saying because that what they charged. Finally I told them I only have $100 they can take it or just leave it alone, it took them 1 minute to unlock the car, but 30 minutes argue about the charge.”

In my ten years of using a couple of different places to purchase and service my hearing aids I've never experienced such wonderful service!! Leah was so professional and knowledgeable. She explained what she was doing and why each step of the way. The product is great but the personal service is even better. If you have hearing issues go see Leah in the Plano store, you won't regret it.”

“Over the years I have been to dozens and dozens of Walmarts, but never have I come across a store that is noticeably a cut above the rest. More specifically, the staff are just top-notch. The head of the apparel department, Maria (think that's her name), Was so kind and helpful and genuinely seemed to enjoy doing the work that she does. Not to knock Walmart in general, but you typically do not see that level of enthusiasm or intentionality from the employees. In fact, I'm hard-pressed to think of a place that rivals the customer service of this location. Most impressive.”

“This grocery store is the best. There are people on the floor to help you. Store is clean and welcoming. Checking out the clerks unload your cart and baggers bag your groceries. Tom Thumb used to be my store but they run using a skeleton staff. No one is on floor to assist you. It's mainly 'check yourself out'. If you go to a line with a person you have to unload your groceries and put in cart. Service here used to be the best but now it's an upscale Walmart. Kroger is much more customer friendly.”
