“Really enjoyed our first time visiting Fifth Gear! The staff was very welcoming and helpful! They kept us informed throughout the process and made sure we were comfortable when we were in the lobby. The waiting room was very inviting! My daughter and I loved the decor! It was very well thought out for the type of business! They did a full inspection on our vehicle since it was our first visit and we received a full color report with photos of all of the potential issues that the vehicle had in addition to the initial issue we brought it in for! We were given estimates for everything and were able to approve or decline any work from our cell phone! It was very convenient! Great establishment! It will definitely be the first place we recommend to anyone locally!”

“I recently had my BMW 535i worked on by the master techs at Caliber Auto Care. I have come here in the past and trust their work. I have 3 cars, 2 BMW's and a Toyota 4 Runner. They have always exceeded my expectations. I especially enjoy the working with the Service Advisor Tanner. His expert knowledge has always led me to fix whats wrong with car, and not guess what the issue may be. My car was completed on time and much better pricing than the local BMW dealership. Caliber is always my first choice for service for my cars.”

“My Tesla Model 3 was experiencing squealing coming from the front wheels. Since it has 100k miles, I figured it was time for brakes. Bryan, the manager, took the car and said he would take a look. After an hour he called me and said the brakes were just fine, but since I use regeneration to stop, the brakes were likely not being used enough. I was really not expecting that level of honesty and integrity- I left the shop saying I needed new brakes and he could have easily put new pads and I would not have been any the wiser. Instead, he took 10 minutes to give me some ideas on how I can turn off the regen occasionally to keep the rotors and pads clean and free of rust. Will definitely be taking my other gas car there as it WILL need brakes soon.”

“I have used Christian brothers one time about a year ago for something pretty simple and was impressed with their work and communication and commitment to customer satisfaction. I brought my truck back to them for an oil leak alignment and tire rotation last week and they were so informative on exactly the issue of the oil leak sent text message with a link to pictures of the problem which is awesome! I got my truck back last Friday and noticed over the weekend it was still leaking oil so I brought I back and they looked it over and gave me a call and let me know that the seal on a part they replaced didn’t seat completely so they went back in and fixed that. They drove it several different times to make sure it was not leaking again they even took it to a car wash and had the undercarriage completely washed they went above and beyond to make sure my truck was fixed completely and no more oil leaks. It is hard to find honest mechanic shops these days especially when it comes to a big chain. They have forever gained a customer in me. Alex was amazing to work with on this whole process. I couldn’t be happier!! To top it all off I live about 30 mins away from their shop and they personally delivered my truck to my house this morning!! Never had a shop do that before! Thank you to everyone who worked on my truck and put great effort and pride into fixing it!!”

“My son’s car wouldn’t crank up and he lives there in Denton Tx. I called Haynes garage from Alabama and told him what the car was doing. I myself thought it could be the starter. He said he could have it towed to shop diagnose it for me and let my son know what was wrong with it. The tow truck was there within and hour or less. After they got it to the shop and found a bad battery wire connection . He got my son going within 30 minutes of having it at the shop. There’s nothing like your kid being Hundreds of miles away with car trouble and not being able to look at it myself. We have found a Shop that he will be coming back to for all his car needs. Thanks Again Guys for getting him back on the road and not costing an arm or leg! Mr Phillips.”

He educated me, helped me make an educated decision on which battery to purchase, changed my battery, tested the original battery to make sure that was the reason for my car issues, tested my alternator, and was friendly and kind the entire time. “DFW Luxury has been taking care of my 2008 Lexus since December 2022 when my catalytic converter needed to be replaced. Since then they have helped me with a headlight replacement, tire pressure sensor replacements and they have done all my oil changes. They are an amazing group of guys!! As long as they are around, I’ll be a life long customer!!”
