“Bought two used tires on Ebay and came here to get them balanced and mounted. Showed up on a Saturday around lunchtime and it wasn't too crowded. Was helped right away and on my way within 15 minutes! It cost $20 per tire. I didn't really interact with the staff, but they were polite and friendly regardless. They did forget to take the air caps off the old tires and put them on the new ones. But I had some spares, so it wasn't a big deal. The overall experience was great! The location is technically in a residential area, but it's not way into the neighborhood. Easy to find. Would come here again next time I need tire service. 10/10, would recommend!”

“People usually only leave reviews to complain, so I feel that it’s my duty to leave a great review for Allstate, Service King / Crash Champions on 380, and Enterprise rental car also on 380!My young adult daughter was rear-ended, and the at fault party’s no-name tiny insurance company strung us along and eventually denied the claim. We needed to get her car fixed and ended up filing a claim through our own Allstate uninsured motorist policy. From the day we called Allstate, the ball started rolling quickly! The same day they assigned the shop of my choice (Service King / Crash Champions) and had Enterprise call me to schedule a rental car. It took about a month to get parts and complete the repair, but Ashley at Service King texted us updates and was the one who answered the phone anytime I called. It was so nice to be able to talk to one person throughout the process. They also dealt directly with Allstate. Enterprise rented us a nice car, and we were able to leave it at Service King when we picked up our car. I can’t say enough good things about how these three companies made a frustrating process as simple and easy as possible. Special shout out to Ashley at Service King / Crash Champions for always keeping us informed of the status! “Stopped in 12/3 for an oil change on wife’s SUV. They pulled it in and shortly after came out to me and said it’s not due yet based on the sticker. I didn’t read it right. Feel like most shops would have just done the oil, charged me and sent me down the road. I’ve been coming to this location since 2010 with various cars. Feel like they do honest work and care about their customers. A+ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“replaced engine with rebuilt. They did not make sure the car was good to go, started went out once i got it home first time. They did have it towed to them at their cost. Starter was replaced by this location with in the last 36 months. They did not charge me to replace starter. Car was completed faster than they said it would take and once car was ready to go, seems to drive really well.”
