“The numbing cream is a miracle worker! My 4 year old wanted her ears pierced but knowing she doesn’t like shots I dreaded getting them pierced. After seeing many moms recommend this place and the numbing cream I decided to try. My daughter didn’t even cry or move when it happened. In fact I was praising her and saying how good her first ear looked and she said “can we do the second ear now”. lol the staff was phenomenal!”
