“Fausto B. was our exceptional customer service representative today.
We visited Battery Plus to inquire about the necessity of a key programmer. I informed him that our vehicle was operating solely on the battery (keyless) due to an accidental disassembly of the fob, resulting in the loss of the programmer.
Fausto informed us that it was not feasible to drive the car without the key programmer, necessitating its presence within the vehicle. He diligently searched the interior of the car and successfully located the programmer, thereby avoiding a significant expense for us.
We highly recommend Battery Plus for their exceptional knowledge, friendliness, and helpfulness.”

“I called affordable big tv screen tv repair in Allen about my 75 inch Samsung Tv that burnt out. They came to the house and picked up the tv the same day and within 24 -48 due to the weekend hours I was told what the issue was. I was told it would be 10-15 days due to getting the part in however in was less than a week and the TV was ready. The price was fair and they were fast and friendly. Alex helped me bring the TV upstairs hooked it up and BOOM it was perfect. He was very helpful and explained a lot to me and he was very customer friendly. Thank you sir! I would recommend this company to anyone they were fast friendly and explained the entire process with no issues. If you have a broken TV I highly recommend this company. They get results done fast. Thank you for saving my highly expensive Samsung TV it was worth the price to repair. 5+??????”
“My son's brand new iPad was cracked and a neighbor recommended this place as being amazing so I went in. I checked in the iPad expecting to pay a pretty penny and left. Before I even left the lot one of the amazing techs (Stacey I believe) was flagging me down. She showed me that my son's ipad was not cracked it was just a screen protector that was!! They could have never told me and charged me for the new screen and I would NEVER had known. Instead I bought a new screen protector and became a lifelong customer. It is incredibly rare to find an honest place like this and I'm so grateful that I have. Thank you!!!!”
