“My HP laptop hinge broke and pop out from behind the screen. I took it to one place in Allen and the guy said it would be in the $200s to fix it if he could save the screen and in the $400s if he couldn’t save the screen but even bigger issue was it would take him a week to order the parts. So I got on Google and picked a place for a second opinion. I am so glad I did because Dilip was so nice and helped me for less money and did it the same day. I brought it in Friday morning and it was going to be $175 to fix the hinge and $375 to replace the screen. I asked how quick he could do it and he got it done the same day! When I came to pick it up the touch screen didn’t work but after trying to restart it. He reordered the screen and asked me to bring it back on Monday. I brought it back and he put the new screen on and it was ready within 2 hours and the touchscreen works again. I am so thankful that I didn’t have to end up waiting a week for parts and paying more.
