This is our go to Ross from now on because of such friendly positive vibes from her. I really thought the long line was going to take forever, I observed her and how fast she checked out all the customers and smiling to everyone! I can't say enough about how good Latreas is for the Ross company, but she's for sure a valuable asset! The other employees, im sure are good too but they definitely need to follow suit and learn from her, Wow too awesome! We'll definitely be back! Thanks! ??????”
