“Such a difference! Amidst everything Covid that has been ongoing, I went to my local Bank of America located just a few blocks down the street here in Prosper. To my unsurprise with this particular location... no tellers available, literally - zero. I get it.. ongoing Covid issues... but good night, you're my "Too Big to Fail" bank! They told me I had to use the ATM for all transactions to include deposits. A quick drive down the street to Texas Bank. It felt like entering the Kingdom of Heaven. Walked through the doors and 2 tellers along with a manager await at the teller desk as if they were expecting me and ready to serve. It was perfect! This bank is the largest physical bank in town and yet has the feel of a small town bank, exactly what Prosper needs. The folks who work here treat you as if they've known you the entirety of your life and I love it. Such a vast difference in service and relationship between BIG Bank of America and TX Bank! Step in and see the difference for yourself.”
“Phenomenal service! When you first walk in you’re greeted by Anthony with his signature. Hey, how are you? From then on it is such a great experience. Whether I’m in or something a little more time consuming, he’s always quick and efficient and always with a smile on his face. I would recommend going to see him for any of your banking need because he always takes the time to figure out the solution. 10/10”

She was personable and thorough in her dealings with us. She was detailed in her explanations and even took us over and walked us through the video teller process (this is new to us - hesitant at first but think it will be OK). “Nice convenient location for this Wells Fargo branch. I took the appointment online and reached there to open an account and the tasks were completed in almost 45 mins. The advisors provided some advice on the financial planning and offered to provide help in any long time financial goals. There is no drive thru ATM here and the branch area is small. Wells Fargo bank giving account opening bonus and trying to attract consumers which is good.”
