“Looking at the low rating comments it is clear there are people who do not understand banking regulations and security. I have been with many banks over the years. Valliance is by FAR the best of all of them. And the comments about Hannah are rubbish. She goes beyond the call of duty when needed. Anyone with negative comments about her are the root of any problem encountered. Obviously the low rating comments are from people without accounts at the bank.”

“First untied bank has been amazing! I opened my account with Denise here at this branch off redbud in mckinney. I had a very pleasant experience. I was shown the entire bank, was explained the lobby has nice features for us as customers. I was introduced to the entire staff which was nice because you never know who you’re going to get when you go to the branch. All the staff is still currently there I have currently been banking with first United Bank for two years now. I have every service you can think of with this bank. ( mortgage, line of credit, auto, equipment Loan, checking, biz accounts, credit protection, ppp loan) they have been very generous to me and my small business & my puppy. Thank you Denise and staff. “After dealing with two very, very, VERY, incompetent banks under Prosperity in Frisco and McKinney I decided to go to a third and last one. Enrique D. helped me in ways I didn’t even know were in his scope. For the two other locations I visited it’s insane the people who “helped” me still have jobs with how incompetent and the lack of training and care they exhibit towards people. Whoever deals with Enrique’s pay he needs to get a raise now.”

“I have banked here since they built the building years ago. Very, very nice people. Please know it takes more than 2 weeks to receive a replacement debit card which is extremely inconvenient and down right ridiculous. Otherwise it's a great bank.”
