“I was at another location where a Verizon employee was assisting me he was so rude to me he treated me as if I wasn’t wanted there he was rude , nonchalant, and passive aggressive . I never had horrible customer service like this.I decided to go to the Kingwood location since it was near by and the moment I walked in Mr.Dereck & Mr.Charles was extremely helpful , kind , and so nice .They treated me with top notch customer service and they went above and beyond to assist me . “This place and Roman are amazing. The customer service and extra time he gives you to make sure you understand and get the best deal is like no other. I got a new Samsung phone with Boost mobile and Roman activated it for me after the Boost in Atascacita was very rude and mean to me. I was so impressed by his great customer service skills that I had my boyfriend change over from Verizon to Boost at this store and he was also very pleased with the skill and kindness Roman showed us. “I went in with an older damaged phone. Mentioned my protection plan and that if it wasn't able to be fixed I had a phone in mind. They helped me file the claim with my protection plan and did not try to sell me a new phone or accessories. How refreshing to work with honest genuine employees who want the best for their customers! Will definitely be back for my upgrade when I'm ready for a new phone!”

“I've been there before and few months ago they repaired my phone from me dropping it,and they put new hardware and new screen and I'm going to have to go back to buy me a phone,this free government phone is too slow, not much gb plus I need a new phone with unlimited monthly plan but no contract.prepaid for me bout 50 and up but 5 g or whatever they have that is fast.i have wi fi.”

“This Place is amazing. Long story short I got my sim card stuck in my tablet. I went to 4 different stores that work on phones they all said they either needed to break the sim card or break the tablet to get it out. I gave up on getting that sim card back so I came here to get another one. Nick the GOAT helped me out and was able to easily fish out my sim card. It was damaged at that point from everyone trying to get it out but he helped me get a new sim and made it super simple.THATNKS NICK YOU ARE THE GOAT!!!!”

“Everything I come to the 9550 Humble T-mobile store it's always a great experience.Staff address you immediately and respond to serve you in a timely manner. They have excellent customer service skills. The technicans are very seasoned in resolving your cell problems. This T-Mobile provides excellent service for the North, West, and East side of town. In my opinion, the Humble T-Mobile deserves a 5 star rating. Rep Facundo was personable with outstandingcustomer skills and resolved by technical concerns. He made my day. I always recommend Humble T-Mobile for technical issues resolution.”
“I had a warranty exchange, and Mikey was super helpful. The cost was only 5$, and he sat with me doing the swap, never being rushed. He answered all a lot of my questions regarding phones I was interested in. He was very honest regarding promotions and which ones are better for me and which ones are not. I ordered my Z Flip 5, and without Mikey, I would probably not even have looked at that one, having previous notions that turned out wrong. Now I'm super excited. I have had the 2nd generation Z Flip for years and was hesitant on the new ones screen.I had been to a different location recently, and the difference in customer service is huge. This is the one to go to for friendly, honest service. The actual location is super convenient, and the inside is very clean and organized.I have been with t-mobile for 16 years, and I have been to many different stores over the years.
