“I was amazed on how fast and the nolige they Had to fix my phone. I was surprised. The phone was going slow very slow and the young man had deleted many things duplicate things on my phone and things I did not need. It was dragging the phone down making it go slow. I was very happy and satisfied. I was thankful for that. He gave me the phone just have a good day and I left. The next day my mom told me she could not leave a message on my phone so she called it again still no voicemail so I went to boost and New Caney and the lady there fix my voicemail for me I had to add a pen. And it worked I was so glad my mother called I didn't answer it just so she could go to voicemail I checked it she left a message thank you have voicemail I'm so thankful I can leave messages now in case you can't answer so thank you boost for fixing my phone twice in a couple of days. I was very satisfied with the knowledge they had and the kindness they gave. I used the one in New Caney where I live and they have always the young lady been very courteous to me and I wish you could get acknowledged but I forgot her name I'm bad at that. Thank you again and God bless you all.”
