“I don't know why O'Reilly's auto parts is so much better than the competition. The employees they are always seem able to find the correct part I need and can verify the part is correct. This O'Reillys is no different than the others. I've been satisfied every time I've gone there. I don't care for their corporate website but the local people can't do anything about that. Anyway, go visit them bring your van if you don't know your vehicle details and they will fix you up.”
“By far my favorite Batteries Plus. I've used this store numerous times since I work in the area. Each time every employee is polite and professional. I went in today, 8/23/24 and the employee handled my warranty issue immediately.
I tried to warranty the battery at the Magnolia store and was called a liar when I told the clerk where I purchased my battery. I left them a crappy review and it can be seen on the Batteries Plus FB page and the stores Google reviews.”

“I ended up getting a wrong battery from the store in South lake Houston in 1960 I purchased one from batteries Plus and on the way home I found the store and the gentleman was very polite professional any helped me with the battery and put it out of my vehicle and brought it back in and was very polite professional and courteous I give him a five stars This is the expectation that I have when I deal with this organization unfortunately the last one was not so great better service at this location and I'm speaking as a man with over 25 years in the industry just in parts alone I hate giving bad reviews but this one is a five-star but the last door not so good”
“My truck hesitated to start last night and I put in autopart store near me. O’Reilly was the closest PTL. I got there at 9:55pm and Justin and Luis checked my battery. It was bad. They got me a new battery which was under warranty. Changed it out for me and as stated past closing to make sure it was done!”
“So this manager, Devvon Greer, at the treaschwig store is a serious keeper. The kind my company would love to recruit. Going above and beyond the normal parameters of service is something you rarely see these days. I came in to get a part to fix a headlight on an old Nissan. Even the mechanic at our property could not figure it out. Devvon was not willing to give up and soon came up with a solution. Very impressive. We will call O'Reilly our "go to" place for parts from now on.”
