Online banking is only open Mon-Saturday. I sure hope the Porter & Kingwood Branch remembers me. After-all, the Porter Branch called the ambulance when they thought I was super sick. But the Porter Branch also, refuses to let me open another account, change my address, etc all in one day because I was not “PRE-GRIEVING”.

Worst customer service ever. Froze my account on a Friday and stated 7 business days until unfrozen. Representative was not helpful in any way. Left me hanging all day and didn't return my calls or keep me informed like I was promised.

Worst customer service ever. Representative was disrespectful and not helpful in any way. Froze my account on a Friday with no way to fix anything until at least Monday. Did not keep contact with me as promised. They will never see another cent of my money or any business whatsoever. All this after being a loyal customer for 25+ years.

I have been banking here for over 20 years!!!! They want to question me about why I am cashing checks when I have the money in the bank to cash them with I don't think so. It's my money!

Great place to do business! The personnel at Amegy Bank in Porter are not only friendly but very efficient. I have been banking there for years. In particular, Tammie has taken care of my elderly mother's needs, setting up variety of accounts, is attentive and understanding, honest and helpful.

I have banked with Amegy Bank for over 25 years, I can remember when it was Southwest Bank of Texads, and it started as Kingwood Bank, and then Porter Bank.No matter what name they were, they were professional. Both Kathy & Tammie have been with me when I need them the most. When I moved to Livingston, Tx. I still have stayed with Amegy Bank. Thanks to all of you .

This place is beyond reproach. First of all, they don't know how to mind their own business. Getting involved in my family's personal affairs where money is concerned is a huge no. Second of all, Mary, the office manager is an absolute nitwit who should not be managing a porta potty, much less a bank. Do yourself a favor and stay away.
