I went to switch my sim card into another phone and some guy tried to charge me $50 dollars me knowing that I pay only 25 I quickly snatched my phone and left and went to the other location and told them about it and they took care of me very good

horrible customer service i was eligible for a free upgrade and was told i had to pay $109 for another phone ya'll lost a customer and now with ATT and got a better deal
