“I first went to the location a block up the road on Jefferson st. The lady was very rude, didn't try to explain anything and wasn't helpful at all. I walked out, came to this location and was given the most amazing customer service. I didnt catch our representatives name but my receipt says her name is Ashley. She has the best attitude! She was very kind, helpful and patient with every customer there. All of the employees were so nice!! Hands down best metro by tmobile experience Ive ever had. I will only be going to this location from now on.”

“Store is exceptionally clean. Most of the employees are very helpful and sweet. Then we get to the little Miss black cloud in the auto center. Exceptionally rude and lacking people people skills. My husband asked her after she says" we can not do your oil change " husband" can I get the oil that I pick out?" She the walks off " honestly !!! I'm going to lunch" The supervisor came over to help him and we left. We don't live here. Drove fro Houston to see my son and weekly did come here for things for him. There is always one in a flock but then again it only takes one to sink a ship. In a time that we are in now, a person that age with anger issues like that needs to be sat down and told that in a work situation that is most definitely inappropriate. My husband is older than I am and he just asked her if he could have something and she just did not want to. You get paid while you work, just like I do.”

“Jennifer De Dias was amazing. I didn't go into the store to buy anything but instead was just doing recon on the iPhone 15 pro max and recon on the apple 9 watch. Once I entered the store Jennifer immediately came talk to me. I told her that I didn't want to buy anything just to do some recon. I advised to her that I will later upgrade from Samsung to IPhone online. Jennifer was so polite and engaging. She told me to let her know if I had any questions. (I liked that because she was not pushy). She allowed me to look around then about not even a minute later she asked ,so kindly, if she can help me figure out some stuff. I loved that she was not trying to sale me anything but truly just wanted to help. She was very knowledgeable on her products. Long story short, I went from doing my upgrade online to doing my upgrade in the store, bought 3 accessories, added the group insurance, and getting a new line Apple Watch. When I get great customer service I really want upper management to know because Jennifer D really went above and beyond. If you can please please please pass this information along to her manager and her manager's manager. I really want them to know my experience and to give a personal thanks to Jennifer for all the information, knowledge, kindness, and awesome customer service that she gave. Sorry that the feedback was so long but I really wanted to express my experience to you. Thanks.”

The Manager on duty was very diligent and efficient in helping out their team while also training a new employee on the register next to them.At 10am there were at least 5 staff on the floor that I could count with a 6th staff member helping handle equipment and restocking supplies/equipment that the store uses on a daily basis.10/10 will Spectrum again ???”
