“Bren was wonderful to work with. I needed to have a diamond replaced and adjustments done to my wedding set. Even though I had purchased the ring elsewhere, I had no problem getting Kay Jewelers to do the repairs. Bren patiently went through the details showing me damage that I didn't realize was there. They did a fantastic job and at a much better price than I expected. It looks beautiful, and just in time to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. I will be returning to Kay Jewelers for future purchases.”
