“So I decided to get my septum pierced.. I was blessed to meet an artist by the name of Miss O ...she is kind..and welcoming .She is Knowledgeable and has a fast execution with which is Paramount. I have had several piercings.. by far this is the most comfortable experience that I've had ...I feel she was kind and so was everybody in the shop, as well as the people behind the front desk!! NO complaints here only smiles. I feel like I've known Miss O for years..!!! The whole experience was a blessing and I will go to no one else for my piercings ever again!! “We cannot rave about Haley C. enough! My daughter got a ring for Christmas which quickly fell off and got stepped on. It was flattened; we thought it was beyond repair. Haley worked on it for ten minutes and got it back to beyond just wearable. We were charged nothing, and did I mention the ring wasn’t even from Kay’s? Will definitely go back for the customer service and kindness alone! Recommend highly!”
