“All there many cash registers were open. They sack & carry out your groceries. Well stocked, friendly people. Great place to shop! Unlike Walmart they like us.February 3,2023HEB is a good store but, still don't have Progresso French Onion soup or Cream of Mushroom soup GLUTEN FREE! THOSE are good to cook with for people who have GLUTEN allergy. Next complaint is meat! I know all about the price problems in America but when you can't get anything but hamburger for a sorta decent price that is a shame!! Did get a roast at under $6 a pound that was great. Just hope we get better prices but usually once people get used to paying they never go back! Used to the sackers would ask if you wanted help carrying groceries to your car but not as of late. Saw 2 elderly people almost beg to get help. I'm 75 and had surgery 4 weeks ago and was told to not lift over 20 pounds. So I asked young man to please assist me. He didn't react with enthusiasm but not ugly and helped me. We talked a bit to car and when he found out I had surgery he was very sweet. I'm in good shap for old lady but them asking is a sign of respect. Now to moving products around the store that sucks but I know they have to in order to make room for new products. But all in all store is good!”

“We went to Dillard's just for the James Avery station in the store. Talisha was extremely helpful and made our purchase for our daughter simple and fun. We were buying a new charm and upgrading her bracelet size. We left extremely satisfied.”

“Usually come here because it's fast, convenient and usually the cheapest price in town. Sometimes the price can be inconsistent but more often that not they are competitive with Wal-Mart or other cheaper gas options. Gas station is clean and well maintained, they also have drinks available for purchase.”

“This is an amazingly clean store, which is a plus! I get curbside from here often as I work nearby. They are fast and so far, my orders have been correct. This has not always been the case for this store. Whatever has changed has been for the better. I highly recommend Walmart in Port Arthur.”

“I was in town for a business trip, and when I landed I was made aware that the material's I needed were not going to be delivered in time for the event. I frantically called in, and Katherine immediately put my nerves at ease. I came in, told her what I needed, and she went above and beyond for me. Katherine Stayed until almost an hour after the office closed to make sure my needs were met. I cannot thank her enough for all she did to help me, and if I am ever back in Port Arthur, TX I will no doubt go to her for my office/printing needs.”

“I always enjoy Target. I get good deals with my circle discounts and 5% with my Red Card. It's pleasant. Plus, I enjoy the option of having an actual person check me out. Self checkout is a racket anywhere. Give me a human. There's always at least one human at Target. I like that.”

“Store is exceptionally clean. Most of the employees are very helpful and sweet. Then we get to the little Miss black cloud in the auto center. Exceptionally rude and lacking people people skills. My husband asked her after she says" we can not do your oil change " husband" can I get the oil that I pick out?" She the walks off " honestly !!! I'm going to lunch" The supervisor came over to help him and we left. We don't live here. Drove fro Houston to see my son and weekly did come here for things for him. There is always one in a flock but then again it only takes one to sink a ship. In a time that we are in now, a person that age with anger issues like that needs to be sat down and told that in a work situation that is most definitely inappropriate. My husband is older than I am and he just asked her if he could have something and she just did not want to. You get paid while you work, just like I do.”

“Your typical Walmart? Well, compared to the ones in California this is a super duper Walmart. It has a bakery, meat selection and other extended isles not typically seen in California. I happen to like Walmart because you can buy everything under one roof. The one thing I didn't like about this place were the lines. But, they do have all registers open.”

“My friends went inside to shop, I only used the restroom; but I will say that the parking lot is a lot less hectic than most. One of my friends dropped her driver's license outside, and it was still in the exact same place when we got back 30-45 minutes later!! #LuckandFortuneToo!”
