I spend $1,000 at this store and they refused to take back this defective sweater 1 week later. I think the store is losing a lot of loyal customers with these rigid return policies, because why would I continue buying items from such an expensive store that sells defective merchandise?

Seriously, is saying, "Hi, good morning" such a difficult thing?I can't imagine this business surviving much longer. I was the only customer in the store!!! Come on.

Fantastic store with helpful, cheerful, knowledgeable staff. My favorite WHBM by far. Ashley is a fantastic manager.
