“I stayed at Studio 6 recently. It is definitely worth the money. The house keeping comes almost every day. They keep the corridors clean all the time. It is also conveniently located, close to UTD and other things like groceries. Provided all necessary utensils and I really enjoyed cooking. The front desk is also very friendly and they attend to any issues right away.
This is my place fo to stay when ever I visit my son in UTD.”

“I travel a lot for business and spend a lot of time in hotels. This hotel has exceeded all my expectations on every level.

The room was very modern and well decorated. Very comfortable bed. Hot shower. Great TV service. Cold AC. Smelled clean. Just a really great room to relax and unwind.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

Everything worked in the business center.

The usual IHG breakfast but they had some items ive never tried before, which was nice!

Laundry room was great. Everything worked.

Parking was plentiful and safe.

Easily one of my favorite hotels and I will definitely return, even if I have to go out of my way!”

“Good rooms and location but, the staff is okay. Nothing gets delivered to the room. Not a pleasant experience dealing with either the front desk or breakfast (kitchen) folks.”

“When booking a budget hotel, cleanliness is always a worry. My room at Sonesta simply suites was pleasant. The rooms were clean enough. The hotel is a bit outdated but you get what you pay for. My only major complaint is the elevator. That elevator is on its last legs. MentallyPrepare yourself! It’s a very noisy and bumpy ride and my stomach dropped everytime I got on it. Overall if you’re looking for something budget friendly this place isn’t terrible. Make sure to take the stairs!”

“We went for my birthday/date night getaway...The person that checked us in forgot to add our breakfast that we'd paid for online when we booked our room, so the next morning we went to get breakfast, they told us it wasn't listed on our room, we showed them the confirmation email showing the breakfast added and already paid for...they told us they could make us 2 burritos and 2 cups of coffee but it would be $40 EXTRA dollars!! What a joke!”

“This hotel has a great location and wonderful staff. The front desk person name Ni is excellent. She welcomes everyone with a smile and checks-in guests quickly. She is very pleasant to talk to. She told me she is going to UNT and majoring in hospitality area. I think based on her personality and line of study she is going to do very well in her career.Overall this is a great hotel to stay and is in walking distance to many nice restaurants.Rooms: Rooms are above average.Food & drinks: Good”

“Listen. I am very picky with hotels. Most are so dirty I don't even bother. This place is immaculate. Not a speck of dust anywhere. I just asked for a new comforter (since 99% of hotels don't wash them between guests) and turns out, they are washed between guests!!! What?!?! I am a IHG guest for life. Staff is so nice too.”

“Noteworthy details: All the staff are super friendly. The rooms are very comfortable. Strong and hot shower. Good AC.
Full kitchen and appliances in the rooms. You can also borrow other appliances for free.
Coffee free in the lobby with creams.”

“This place is everything a roadside, extended stay motel should be. Clean, safe, convenient, easy check-in, nice staff, full sized fridge, plates, dishes, TV, comfy bed, AC that works, clean bathroom with plenty of towels, washer and dryer available, iron and ironing board....all the basics you need for a comfortable stay.

I could go on and on. Great rates too! I would definitely stay here again next time I roll through town. In fact, I would look forward to it.

Nearby activities: Very convenient location. Close to the freeway and close to the post office, grocery stores (include Whole Foods), restaurants, nail salon, and all the basics. Easy to get anywhere in the DFW area.

Safety: Felt 100% safe the entire time. Sometimes in long-term stay hotels there can be shady characters. Not here. I never worried about a thing, not even about my car in the parking lot.”

“I always feel at home when I stay at any of the Homewood Suites by Hilton. The area is very nice and quiet, and the young lady at the front desk was very professional and nice. The rates are very reasonable for what you get. It's definitely worth it.”

“This is more of a 3.5 star review, but I basically gave this hotel 4 stars because of the great price. I'll do a quick pros/cons list:Pros:-Very good value for the nightly price we paid (~$60 a night)-Good location in south Plano close to George Bush tollway-Free breakfast with different options each morning. They even had oat milk for non-dairy people which was great-Hotel, and our room, seemed pretty clean and tidy-Fairly spacious room. We stayed in a basic room with a queen bed-Easy check in/check out-Indoor pool-Quiet A/C unit that actually worked correctly-Lots of drawers and hanger space for clothes-Free WiFi that actually worked correctlyCons:-Our room (#133) had a loud ceiling light that sounded like a microwave oven when you turned it on. Thankfully there were several other lights in the room so we rarely turned that one on-The room seemed a little dated and obviously had several repairs that were a bit unsightly-The shower head leaked, but we were able to rotate it so the leak sprayed into the shower rather than out-Housekeeping service was kinda spotty. One day they came but didn't make the bed. Then they didn't come at all another day and we had to ask the front desk to send someone-The breakfast juice machine was broken one morning, and they didn't offer any alternatives until they got it fixed-The window seal was broken in our room so our window would half fog up each dayTo summarize from our 6 night stay; This hotel was totally adequate and the price was pretty unbeatable. The hotel could use a renovation and our room in particular obviously had a lot of maintenance issues that needed attention, but I'm willing to overlook a lot if the price is right. I've stayed at hotels worst than this that charged $150 a night, so I'll take this one.Rooms: Dated but functional”

“Price cheap and room is renovation so it was nice ? But bed is low , AC too loud. Need Bring blanket and pillow and shampoo or body soap . Hair dryer etc . They have only hand soup bar.”

“Very pleasant hotel for an extended stay. It is very understandable that kitchen utensils (spoons, pans, etc) are not included (a Super Walmart is literally across the street) so that prices are kept low and the staff can spend their time serving their guests and not consisting replacing these 'stolen' (aka accidently placed in luggage) items. Special shout-out to DeAndre for his "take outstanding care of his guests" attitude.

Nearby activities: Since Plano is so close to Dallas, there are so many different types of activities available. The only things missing are a wide variety of Broadway plays and enormous museums.”

“This is a great place, with a wonderful staff. The renovated room is clean and bug free. I've made two requests to the manager. Both issues were resolved immediately with kindness.”

“We have recently recently lost housing and are waiting for ours to become available, Nicole the manager has been wonderful she was gone for a short time and missed as she is a very good and articulate manager explaining things and getting to the bottom of things that may be wrong, I have been here a bit and I am mindful of my garbage I use garbage bags and take to the garbage area ,
wish more would do the same to ease the burden of those who have to pick up!
Have there been days without coffee or snacks yes ! But I am grateful to have a place to stay,

Rooms: Rooms are what you make of them”
