My first experience of returning a package was very smooth with help of Anna! She came to help me at the self-service station and guided me step-by-step very kindly! It’s quite hard to meet a staff like her now days.. She’s the sweetest :)

Have no idea why this location has such low score. Just came in to return. Very conscience and advanced process. The whole store is clean and neat.

Naquia was fantastic. Efficient, VERY friendly, great to work with. She is exactly the kind of representative to the public Fed Ex should have!!!!
