“My first time shopping at Orvis was a great experience. They are dog-friendly and even have a special floor suited for dogs, so they really mean it. We went to purchase some items specifically for our dog, and even though everything we wanted was not in stock, the very helpful Scott got our items ordered to be delivered straight to our house. He was friendly without being overly pushy, which I think is rare these days. I will definitely be back for items not only for our dog but for me as well!”

“A very nice young man by the name of Evan assisted my wife and I yesterday. He exhibited service I have not experienced in a very long time. He was not only friendly and courteous, but he offered to go to the back and look for additional sizes, without us asking him to do that. We mentioned that we were Clemson fans and he offered us coupon codes without us asking for that. He saw that the dressing room was not tidy so he cleaned it up and honestly apologized. Just a very good experience. It was a very pleasant experience and we felt like we had gone back in time.”
“Oh my goodness! This shop is AMAZING! Don't miss it when you stop into downtown Plano! I stoop by every time I'm downtown and I have to be careful because I want to buy the whole store. Some of my favorite pieces of clothing and jewelry are from the feathered nest (beautiful patchwork skirt and the cutest cat earrings). “I went to this location for stylist help and the associate I worked with named Belinda was the most amazing, hard-working, attentive person I have ever met! Not only was she assisting me, but she was also assisting 5+ different people with the same attention and positivity as she was the only associate on the floor. I went in to get an outfit to wear to an interview and she listened to my preferences, gave me styling tips, and laughed with me the whole time! It felt like I was shopping with a friend, and she gave me so much confidence.
The associates at the checkout were also so helpful and patient with me. They did everything they could to make sure I got the best value for my purchases which is appreciated more than they know. I honestly have never had such a positive experience in any other clothier before. Thank you Belinda and crew! ??”

“I have visited this place last night, I believe this place has everything you want. From men's outfits like kurta shalwar topi etc. to ladies casual, formal dresses. Wedding dresses, bangles, jewelry, khussa, and what not! They have humongous variety that enables you to select exquisite things for you and your kids. The lady I met was very humble as I visited that place for the first time she showed me every corner of her outlet. Amazing experience. One thing I would like to share which fascinated me a lot is that they have different rooms for different stuff, like if you want to buy kurta for men it is in a different section, ladies fancy dresses, and casual wears are in a separate room khussa, chorhian, paranday all have different sections which make customers feel comfortable to buy what they are exactly looking for.
