“My son in law who lives in VA asked me to do an exchange for him when I was up there for a visit. He works out a lot and needed a bigger size. First, I can’t believe they really exchange products for ANY reason but they do. I was ignorant to the process but went on in. Paul, a Marine Vet, greeted me warmly, explained the process to me then handled my exchange. He hunted down the three possible email addresses they had on file, found the right sizes, and sent me on my way. PAUL was such a great representation of Grunt Style and a refreshing example of customer service. I highly recommend this store.”

“quick review.It a 3 star but the dude there was like "LOVE YOUR MISS MAY I SHIRT" so i bumped it up to 4.walked in and barely heard anyone say anything. Obviously kids in there so i get it but geez, has the quality of working at a shop gone down? I grew up with zumiez and it was never like this. at least that dude greeted me and asked me if i needed help. shout out to that dude.but as far as clothing, holy H, everything is overpriced. even in 2015, hoodies were 50 at the most. most is 30-40. now, they are way over 50. like wow! shirts are normal priced given the inflation but geez everything is overpriced. most the selection is a variety and different things but as far as old school brands, the clothing isnt the same. the actual styles and designs are newer so if you are a late 20s like me, you might not like the designs. this is for mid/early 20s, late/mid/early teens fashions.the cool thing is the variety of stuff. they are definitely still like the old school zumiez i grew up. so that for sure is worth it.i would suggest this shop for everyone looking to get their child some apparel that dresses like most kids nowadays.”
“Very larger Gap outlet store with great deals! Huge selection of clothing and apparel. Really big discounts compared to a normal Gap or online. This location has great deals and cheaper prices as it’s an outlet. Men’s t-shirt’s could’ve been a little cheaper in my opinion. My wife found the most deals on the women’s side. Dressing room and bathroom could’ve been a little cleaner. Employees were nice and helpful. Location has quick access to Hwy US75 and located inside Allen Premium Outlets.”

“Why ever buy under things at a Retailer ever again???? Out of all the stores at the ALLEN PREMIUM OUTLETS this by far is best. Everyone needs socks and underwear. Men, women and children and the selection here is like nothing you could possibly imagine. Plus the staff is expertly knowledgeable about everything they sell. From a inexpensive set of tubesocks, to the most elegant bras and panties they have it all. As well as sleepwear and firmware. Gene, Melissa, Diane, and Nancy are all aces in my opinion...but in my personal opinion Melissa goes above and beyond to me! “I was looking around maybe about 10-15 minutes before store closed. The woman kept saying that they are closing soon and kept telling us to hurry up. I understand that they are closing soon but it was a bit rude. But the main reason we came was to exchange a dress I bought in the wrong size. They couldn't help us since their systems were down. While trying to talk to the worker, she told us she can't help us and said she has a line to tend to. I felt as that was a bit rude as well but understandable. Maybe if she said it differently it wouldn't be as offensive. Though she probably didn't mean to be rude. The boutique was very good. The displays were neat and looked nice. The clothes are made pretty well and were cute in my opinion. Some clothes are a bit more pricey than what I normally buy but sales save the day! They have frequent sales online and in store. Cool store but not my best experience. Great for when your looking for dresses to attend to weddings or just to wear on a regular basis!! Also doesn't take too long to ship when ordering online. Definitely shopping online/in-stores again!!”
