We are just numbers, a set of routing digits or auto-withdraws or .. ugh .. the dreaded overdraft fee.Ok, I think you get where I'm going with this. First Convenience Bank is not about big. It's about you and me and the other regular people living regular lives. “I went here with the hopes of opening an estate account of my mother who has since passed even though I wasn’t a customer. I was immediately greeted and they even held the door open for me. They were way more knowledgeable, educative, and understanding than the two other banks I went to before. I ended up talking to their manager who explained everything to me and why legally they couldn’t open it without this document provided.The way each employee responded, worked together, and actually tried to help while educate is hard to find these days.
