“Fantastic! First timer and impressively clean, courteous, and 3 different people I spoke to were extremely knowledgeable in issues with my car. And kindly had snacks and refreshments too. So thoughtful.
Brought my Audi A3 in (for sale) to get an inspection list of issues potential buyers might have upon purchase of the vehicle. Then sat down with me going over the list, patiently explaining what the report means, including a cost list for repairs as well. They emailed it to me, with pictures to prove each issue. I was more than impressed. They even pointed out the Audi dealership put my break pads on upsidedown, and used non-Audi parts! WOW!
Everything was warm and fuzzy, including their giant dog that could pass as a teddy bear. I was happy waiving and smiling when I left, only to find a cute stuffed animal on my dash. I can't wait to go over the results with my husband. A couple tweaks and she'll be one heck of a buy for someone else. I feel very blessed to have found this company.

“Quality service I mainly dealt with mason but have worked with other staff in past experiences. Always have been very friendly and have had my car fixed in a timely manner. If you drop your car off and your not sure what’s going on with the car the mechanic will call you and let you know what’s wrong once they figure it out and will let you know what needs to be done. If for some reason they’re not able to find the problem they do not charge you the diagnostic fee.”

“I had a friend who had his transmission repaired recently and went through a whirlwind of problems . He said to me that he was told by his brother who rebuilds transmission in Oklahoma that anyone who quotes a price over the phone without first performing thorough diagnostics testing procedures is 99% of the time telling a complete lie , and boy was he ever right . I called 6 different transmission and general repair shops and they all quoted me $1200.00 to $2900.00 without even asking me what the symptoms were , if it had any leaks , what model my van was or even if it were moving . Well , then I gave one last call to A+ Transmissions and I was extremely surprised how Daniel asked me so many questions about the year , model, conditions I had been experiencing , leaks and if the check engine light was on and he even offered free towing . Needless to say I am completely happy with the repairs and my vehicle was in and out just a little less than 2 days . I do recommend these guys , they are extremely courteous , patient and were more than happy to answer all of my " annoying " questions . Thanks a bunch !”
“We’ve been a long time customer of CB in the Fairfield community, however, this CB was close to my work. I had an issue happen on Friday and after speaking with the owner, they ordered the part I needed and were ready to fix it up Monday morning. I got to CB, the shuttle brought me to work (driver was very personable), received a text around 10am saying it was ready and the shuttle picked me up from work around 4:45. I had a great experience as a first time customer of this CB. I will definitely visit again!”
“These guys are polite, friendly, and do the work quickly and right. On one occasion, when it was going to be a while, one of the techs took me home , and came and got me when they finished with my vehicle. Oh, and the prices are fair. Also, they will check tire pressure and top off the windshield wiper fluid at no charge. I take my vehicle to them …exclusively.”

“This is our first time using Ken based on neighbor recommendations. Our daughter's car heater on her 2005 toyota highlander was not working. They were very responsive with diagnosing the issues. The pricing was very fair. Along the way, they were very responsive, keeping us updated. One of the parts was no longer available from toyota. They searched salvage places with success. They took the extra step to locate a local place that could rebuild the ac controller board. Even provided a 1 year warranty on that part. Job well done. I highly recommend using Ken's auto in tomball.”
“I was having an issue with my tail lights and called the dealer and several other locations to try and get it diagnosed quickly. Unfortunately, none could assist until next week and required drop off. Called this location and they said to bring it in. They hooked it up, diagnosed, and fixed that day - in an hour actually and that was only because I had another lovely customer in front of me. Great service, nice people, and very knowledgeable. “This is my second time back they fixed the gas leak under the seat of my car first, well fixed. Now They fix my coolant system so my car wouldn't run hot, they fixed my windshield wiper switch on my steering wheel. They did a good job on my brakes & rotors so Job well done. “After taking my Cadillac XT4 to the dealership, thinking they would be honest with the diagnosis of what was going on with my vehicle, I decided to take it to a Certified Transmission specialist. This, after the dealership claimed that my vehicle was having transmission issues, and they would charge $1100, just to take the transmission down to "look at it!" I figured that a transmission specialist would be able to verify what the dealership claimed was wrong with my vehicle...and I was right!!! Except, there was NOTHING wrong with the transmission! Certified Transmissions live up to their name, not only being qualified, but trustworthy!!!! They did not even charge me for the diagnosis, after not only test driving my vehicle, but taking a careful diagnosis of it, in determining that I actually had an issue totally unrelated to my transmission! The dealership charged nearly $200 just to misdiagnose my vehicle!!! If you want good quality, trustworthy service, take your vehicle to Certified Transmissions!!!!!”
