“This is our first time using Ken based on neighbor recommendations. Our daughter's car heater on her 2005 toyota highlander was not working. They were very responsive with diagnosing the issues. The pricing was very fair. Along the way, they were very responsive, keeping us updated. One of the parts was no longer available from toyota. They searched salvage places with success. They took the extra step to locate a local place that could rebuild the ac controller board. Even provided a 1 year warranty on that part. Job well done. “After taking my Cadillac XT4 to the dealership, thinking they would be honest with the diagnosis of what was going on with my vehicle, I decided to take it to a Certified Transmission specialist. This, after the dealership claimed that my vehicle was having transmission issues, and they would charge $1100, just to take the transmission down to "look at it!" I figured that a transmission specialist would be able to verify what the dealership claimed was wrong with my vehicle...and I was right!!! Except, there was NOTHING wrong with the transmission! Certified Transmissions live up to their name, not only being qualified, but trustworthy!!!! They did not even charge me for the diagnosis, after not only test driving my vehicle, but taking a careful diagnosis of it, in determining that I actually had an issue totally unrelated to my transmission! The dealership charged nearly $200 just to misdiagnose my vehicle!!! If you want good quality, trustworthy service, take your vehicle to Certified Transmissions!!!!!”
“I was next door at soccer factory and happened to lock my keys in car. They were all so hospitable it helping me find a solution. We tried logging into my Lincoln app on their computer to no avail thanks to two factor authentication and my phone being in said locked car. They sent a tech out who actually managed to get car unlocked. Talk about my heroes. I will definitely be checking them out in the future for maintenance needs. The entire crew was awesome.
