“Wonderful, wonderful customer service! I arrived at Regard Jewelry to pick up a repaired watch, unaware that the store had closed an hour earlier. However, the friendly folks at Regard were still at the shop and let me in to pick up the watch. I can’t tell you how much this means to me! The watch, a precious family keepsake that had been my mother’s, had not been worn since 1987 and had not been running. The repair was spot on and completed two weeks ahead of schedule, and the watch is now running perfectly. Thanks so much!”

We made the drive to Austin and had the best experience we could have ever asked for! I was very particular about the type of ring I wanted and ended up with a custom design. It took 5 months, but Claudine and Diamonds Direct Austin were nothing but accommodating and patient! I have nothing but love and respect for her and the Austin staff. My husband's ring, even though made of 18K gold, has endured 24 years of wear and is still as beautiful as the day it was made. I unfortunately lost my ring a while back. I contacted Steve, and he still had the mold after all of these years!! He made a new ring for me identical to the one I had lost.
