“It was time to replace some furniture this year, and I decided it was time to buy a leather recliner. I wanted leather because I have cats and tbh, I prefer the ease of cleaning leather with furballs in the house! After not being able to find a comfortable, smaller one that I felt was built well elsewhere, I searched Texas Leather Furniture and saw their reviews, so popped in one day around Labor Day to check them out. They have a smaller section with several styles of single control recliners that are comfortable, attractive and appear well-made, but as someone with fussy lumbar arthritis, I wasn't crazy about the mechanics of the motor, so I looked at the custom order ones which are only slightly more expensive. This is the first time I've custom ordered furniture, and it was fun! I found a manufacturer I liked and chose the back, seat, footrest and arms as individual items to fit my short legs, but make sure I had room to fit a cat in the seat with me. They had enough design options within the line I was able to match the armrests, and closely match the color of the sofa I have which was important to me for aesthetics. As someone who's older and sometimes needs to accommodate different fussy joints, I went for the 3 separate controls - legs, lumbar and neck - and the glider and swivel foundation, expecting I'd use them all. I have! It's really nice not having to use pillows to get comfortable, and I really love the glider feature when I'm watching tv or playing with the cats at night. The swivel feature has been a huge benefit in my small living since it lets me rotate the chair 1 direction to chat with company, and spin it a different direction to stretch out and rest - even a wall hugger recliner couldn't have fit that need as well. It took a few weeks to get it, as others have said. it's custom furniture, so no surprises there. The delivery team was very professional, neat, careful not to damage any of my furniture as they carried the recliner through the house, cleaned up after themselves, and even helped me get gliders under the recliner so I could easily move it when I changed my mind on its ideal location. Gilbert and Lance are really nice, patient, considerate and knowledgeable salespeople. I worked with Gilbert, he was able to give me details on the materials used in the manufacturing process: birch wood and metal springs, if I remember correctly. Honestly, these guys' demeanor and the quality of their furniture may make their store my first stop for future furniture purchases!”

“The team at the printing section were literally the sweetest !! Recently we lost of puppy and I wanted to print some posters to pass out in my neighborhood. I did an online order and I realize they weren't going to be ready on time. I called and asked if they could be done sooner they told me they'll be ready in an hour, which was already great, just 10 mins after that call they called me back to let me know my order was ready. I did curbside pickup, which they were super quick and easy to find. When they brought my order out I noticed they gave me 10 extra prints of the regular size and 10 extra prints of a larger poster size, making it 20 extra prints. I'm super happy and grateful for they small act that goes a long way. We were able to pass out extras and we're taking it as a sign we're able to find our puppy. To the printing staff THANK YOU you guys are great !”

“You know the store closest to you where you know where everything is, you could run in and out in a flash cause you know exactly where something is? Thats what I call a "home" store. This is my "home target" MY store. All the other targets are great, but this one? This one is my favorite- I know her, I love her. I spend all my time perusing her aisles, ogling items I don't need but will get anyway cause we're at Target and we deserve it! I love the layout of this location, everything flows so cohesively, and I know exactly where everything is. I know which route to walk when I'm with my toddler so I can avoid distractions, I know how to run in real quick when my husband is waiting in the car. I love how this locations will add new items, new shelves, or switch things up but they don't completely flip the store around. The staff is helpful, there's minimal issues with self checkout. Although sometimes the self checkout line doesn't get pretty long and backed up into the walkways it's usually pretty easy to maneuver around. The aisles and shelves are usually fairly neat sometimes the clothing aisles look a little ransacked in the juniors but other than that everything seems clean and stocked. I've only had one less than pleasant experience and that was at customer service with employee June. She was not kind of personable in the slightest. I needed to make a return, I had my receipt, tags, and everything. She must've been having a bad day cause she was nasty.”

“Store is usually clean and organized (minus the seasonal stuff bc people throw everything around). I don't care for the baby section, the layout is weird and seems to not have a lot of clothing options. Overall, I frequently this location weekly and will continue to return.”

“Wanted to wait until delivery of my furniture to write the review. Yacob was the floor associate who helped me throughout the entire process. He was very professional and answered all of my insane questions and dealt with me very well, considering I can be a handful. The store manager was also cool. He came and talked for a bit as well as answered financing questions. I found what I wanted, and I set up a payment plan. Put $200 down and received both pieces in one week. The delivery guys were on time, really clean, and set up my table in 5 minutes. All in all, I will 100% be back to Ashley's, and I will make sure to come back to this location. Yacob did an amazing job, and I'll hunt him down in there and make sure he helps me again!”
