“This place really is spectacular. I moved to Austin after living at Chicago most of my life and in Chicago there were several anime stores that sold manga which are Japanese comic books, as well as anime figures and other anime related stuff. I have a collection of anime figures and I really wanted to find a store that I can add to my collection with and I'm very happy I found this store, the figures are expensive, but no more expensive than they weren't Chicago because they are handmade. They're actually pretty good value compared to what you can find online and the servers there is actually really really polite and helpful. I did see your reviews for the service was bad, but I don't find that here if you want some quality anime stuff or just a fan of anime, come here and you won't be disappointed. I definitely will be coming back to add to my collection a lot.”

“This place is great. I was given an older nitro powered rc car that needed a little bit of work. Took it to hobby town and and showed it to the rep, they showed me piece by piece what I needed, and had everything in stock! Sales guys are extremely knowledgeable and friendly considering how much of a noob i was. Made it out the door for under $100, and with a running car! Will be going back this weekend for some new wheels and a longer range control. I recommend this place to anyone with rc car, plane, or boat needs. They also have some interesting models, and collectors items.”

“Went in the other day to check out the sale and Emma was more excited to help than anyone else I've seen working in a GameStop. When she saw I was there for soft through the cheap games, she printed up a list of all of the titles that would qualify for the "4 for $10" and "4 for $20" deals. She even marked them in different colors so I could identify which was which more easily. I'll definitely be returning to this location as my main GameStop going forward.”

“I came here to get a game that had just come out. Originally I had tried a Walmart but the employees refused to find it for me but I'm honestly glad they did because the customer service here was amazing. They hadn't been able to get it to the floor yet but rather than saying they did not have time they took the time to look it up in their inventory and go dig through the 50 boxes they had just received in the back to do find this game for me. It took a lot of their time they didn't have to give but they did and my spouse was absolutely thrilled as this game was for them. It's because of this interaction I will now be buying all of my games, we get quite a few, from this store from here on out. Just stellar customer service and can't recommend them enough!”
