“Chase has always had tremendous customer service, they just need the products and internal policies to match. Among the worst interest rates in the industry. Payments on credit cards and deposits take extra long to process. This is true even if paying with a Chase account. Money leaves the account immediately, but one has to wait a day or two before the balance is reflected in the receiving account.”
