A special shoutout to the young lady with glasses who assisted me—she was fantastic! I hate that I don’t remember her name, but she was the same team member who dispensed my glasses when I picked them up yesterday. She was so kind, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process.
Not only did she help me find the perfect pair, but she also went above and beyond by giving me lens wipes to keep in my car—such a thoughtful touch! That’s what I call amazing customer service.
