John did a fantastic job of telling me the step by step process it would take to get my vehicle back to original condition, he even took the time to explain they had a down-draft paint booth (i asked because this type is know as industry best-in-class). John communicated with me during the process to let me know progress, and they even finished and had my truck back to me before the quoted duration.
