“I wanted a Hello Kitty squishmallow for my daughter (surprise ? ?) and the one's close by me were out so I traveled to Pearland. I live by Hobby Airport. However, I did an online order. I called the store first to make sure it was there. After I made the online order, I called the store back to let them know I placed the order and the item I wanted. I arrived the next day for pickup and there was a person ahead making a purchase. It took about 10 minutes. The representative gave the customer great care and ensured she understand everything. As I waited my daughter looked around but didn't find anything. I was up next and I showed him my email confirmation then he handed my order over. That was like 5 seconds!! I checked the bag to make sure my order was correct and it was. The representative was friendly/professional, store was clean and tidy. The sale price for the squishmallow was $14.99. I am a pro-member because of my kids so I get a 5% discount plus every month I receive a $5.00 discount. That took $5.50 off and my item was a little over $10 ? I was surprised how big it was for that price and my daughter loves it since she's in her Hello Kitty phase❣️”

“We're not from this side of town so we wanted to check this place out. My husband and I usually go to the one off of Bay Area and their customer service is not very welcoming at times. At this location, however, they were polite and very helpful and we're so sorry for the huge tub of clothes they had to go through. ? The next time we have clothes to get rid of and are in the area, we're definitely coming back to this location. ?”
