“Honest review* I was given the wrong battery at a different Oreillys location and was told they could not replace my battery because it was too difficult, which I understand if its company policy,but this location here and the two gentlemen I believe there names were (Denny/Danny and John) went above and beyond to resolve my issue and replaced my battery! They were there in the evening shift, but I hope the manager sees this review because they truly were of great help, and Denny/Danny was just awesome, sincerely thank you !”

“Stopped here because it was closer than AutoZone. Okay behind the counter was super helpful and went out of her way to find what I needed. There was a dude outside that was clearly on a break but took time to help me check and replace my headlight bulb.”
“The cool thing about this place is it is the main hub for orielys. So if you live near this one it's a good shot they will have the part you need. Basically they get the main truck loads of parts and store it there, other stores get it shipped from them.”
“Want to start this off by saying I was there at the store the day Andre Gonzalez (the guy who left the second most recent review after this) was there.Andre was completely entitled and childish. He gave the employee a coupon that was expired then proceeded to make a scene after the employee said he could not use it. The employee then explained to him how oriellys would send him new ones to replace his old ones. However that was not good enough for Andre he demanded a discount right there in store. After the employee told him that’s not the policy Andre proceeded to yell and insult the employees as he was walking out. The employee kept it professional and courteous never raising his voice and kept telling Andre to “have a nice day”I’ve been coming to this store for years and never had any problems the guys are always great and friendly. I just thought it was wrong how an entitled customer tried to leave such a negative review because he did not get his way.”

“They are always helpful and friendly, although the last time I was there, the guy tested my battery, and my alternator and told me my alternator was bad when it was in fact my battery that was no good. All I'm saying is get a second opinion just in case.

“Ted was very helpful. Battery died in my elderly mom's GMC Terrain, and it's an AGM battery, so it's harder to install. Therefore, O'Reilly is not allowed to install these as they could be liable if something went wrong. So, he helped me get a new battery and recommended someone to install it for me, who was two minutes away. Done in no time! Thank you, Ted, for your help and friendliness as well”

“The one on 287 was great even tho they didn't replace my pigtail that got messed up after they gave me an alternator with a bad plug in. When I had the alternator warranteed which I shouldn't have had to do. The 287 Oreillys on ft Worth avenue made sure the replacement fit the pigtail plugin like the other one should have which would've save me time and headache, thanks Eric. Would've given 5 stars if they would've replace the pigtail that the alternator didn't work on.”
