Not satisfied with the service, I have freezing issues all the time with Zito Tv.

At home it has been pretty good. mostly above 500 mb/s. sometimes spotty but mostly no problems lately. Took a while to get here. At my office 1021 s Sycamore it has been very unstable and spotty. We have called and still do not know if it is resolved.

Service went down. Tech showed up at 9pm two days later and claimed he needed to get inside our house. No notification or anything. 5 days later still have no service.
