“I would recommend this place if you have a computer that needs repaired. My laptop screen got broken. They repaired it in a timely manner. And the cost was a lot less than I was expecting. The only reason this is not a five star review is because they had said they would call with an estimate before repair. I didn’t receive that call. Other than that it was a wonderful experience with this company.”

“I was seriously thinking about discontinuing after my contract expired because I have had such a difficult time with Verizon up until this point. I went to the Verizon store in Palestine for the first time a few weeks ago and the gentleman there was so knowledgeable and so kind that I will definitely keep my Verizon service. He was able to identify (immediately) a problem that’s been going on throughout the duration of my contract that I’ve spoken to at least eight other Verizon employees state wide about. Thank you very much, sir I don’t remember your name but I really appreciate you!”

“I've had zito here in Palestine for a year now. I have the 1gig speed. Has been good and fast. Outages usually on extreme windy and rainy days. But that's to be expected since there wires are above ground. My only big complaint is dealing with customer support. I feel like im talking to someone in India. Don't get me wrong their good people but they don't know how to talk to you and solve an issue your telling them. I have access to my account online. But have a few complaints; no way to update your card info or sign up for autopay, can't see what service you are paying for. It feels like they provide the absolute minimum info you need, like: one time pay, statements, payments. I love the internet, no issue there. But they gotta get better with the customer service.”
