“With out a doubt MY BROOKSHIRES! Have used my brookshires of Overton Tx for many years. Has become such an at-home atmosphere the need for a household welcoming committee is not necessary. If at anytime I need help I always get an above and beyond response. I absolutely love being a part of the teenagers in training for their next point of life. A great pleasure to give them an opportunity to work on their “professionalism skills”. I love my family at MY Brookshires!! My favorite of course is Mrs. Mary!! She has been there as long as I have been shopping. She is such a sweet young lady! I say hi every visit.”

“I'm going to give this Walmart 4 stars because they have bipolar issues some workers are good some just need to feel loved I try to give everyone a chance you don't know what people are going through so I just smile and wave at them with kind words each time I'm there it makes a difference but if I see no progress then please turn in your notice please if you're not happy with your work and the prices are bipolar too they are up and down!!!!!?”
“The customer service has just gotten poor . The evening cashier obviously hasn't had enough training or maybe just doesn't care as she has been there a month or so now. Claims she doesn't know about or how to do several things now...like coupons not scanning proper, she just hands them back like 'oh well '. Doesn't even try really. The store is not stocked as well as used to be either.”
“Store is always clean and always up to date on whatever the trend is going on at that time. Up to date products. There are certain places that I trust to buy gasoline for my vehicle. This is a top notch place for gasoline.. And the people that own this store it's a top priority to them. Also the Exxon on Hwy 259 by Kilgore's Library is my other place to get the best gas for my vehicle. These 2 stores are absolutely the best places to buy fuel for your vehicles. My personal experience. Could share some places I never go to buy gasoline. Accident's do happen people can be careless, change But it's hard for me to ever go back to a place that is selling bad gas. It shows quickly in my cars performance.”
“This Dollar General is normally always fairly clean. My wife and I only shop here when we are needing a few things before we head home. The staff are always nice and curtitious. A overall good store.”
