“3/16 Worked with Mr. Ethan to work out a conflict I had with ATT. Although it was very complicated situation over several months, Ethan tried several departments to resolve these issues.
I left with the understanding that a Loyalty Department Manager would contact me to resolve this case. No call was received from said manager.
3/21 Returned to this store, Mr. Joseph and Mr. Jesus picked up where we left off on Saturday and another 2 hour conversation with ATT before meeting with them.
Jesus and Joeseph LISTENED to me and quickly began assisting me in resolving my case with ATT.
Jesus is working on my lost credit on an old phone I traded in for an upgrade.
Despite ending my relationship with ATT, I would recommend working with Ethan, Joseph and Jesus. They each possess exceptional communication skills including listening. They are very professional and intelligent and the type of individuals I would hire for my organization.
This store has the best customer service I have ever encountered in thirty years of cell phone service.

“Mileena was absolutely amazing! She helped us out when we got screwed over by another at&t rep.
She was very helpful, listened to our problem with our mifi, helped us call and fix our account information. She went above and beyond to help us and get our bill taken care of and contract terminated. We appreciate her honesty as she did not waste our time or try to convince us otherwise. Definitely recommend her to anyone!”
“Cricket is good just don’t recommend the $55 very slow when you have Lower bars but the $60 is the best better signal then t-mobile by far and this cricket it cool it’s an old gas station pretty sick”

“Went in looking for phone accessories. Staff was very helpful. Made my trip a lot quicker than I was anticipating. My truck got hit in the parking lot. Their parking is definitely set up somewhere not in west Texas. It’s super tight and hard to get a truck in and out. Park way out in the lot so people don’t hit you. But in the store was great”
