“My phone had been doing many little crazy things. I was having to shut down and restart it to get things to work properly. Finally I dropped it and got a crack on the screen. So I decided to go and get a new phone. I went to the T-Mobile store because I have T-Mobile. And the lovely lady that helped me out was absolutely wonderful. I told her what I was looking for she showed me several different options. She explained the pricing and why one was more than the other etc. And then after I decided to made my purchase she said that she would help me transfer my data which I was very grateful for because the last time I did it I did it in the store with the cable and there is now an app that can do it and it was awesome that she downloaded the apps on both phones and help me out. I had a lot of texts photos and videos so it was gonna take a long time More than 30 minutes. So she said I could take it home and do it. Which I did. I just really appreciate her customer service her attentiveness to detail and her willingness to go that little bit of an extra step to make a customer happy. Her name was Marisol.”

“I was having problems down loading an app and had been to other "MetroPC" stores. None could or wanted to help. When I arrived at the MetroPC store in Midland on Andrews HWY both of the young ladies: greeted me, ask what the problem with my phone was and went to work. They corrected the mistakes I had done to my phone and down loaded the app, I was after, set up my phone so I can understand how it works and it's ease for me to use. I did not get the names of the two women but they were on shift Saturday 08/06/22 and I was in the store before noon. Please thank them for me and I plan on staying a MetroPC customer because of them.”
“This rating comes not so much from the store but from the personal experience I had with an associate. Jaelynn (sp) actually snuck up on me and asked if I needed assistance with anything. ( which in itself was awesome since I had passed many other associates who didn't even acknowledge me) I told her I had been looking for a stand mixer that showed online to be in stock, I looked, she looked to no avail. She then offered to go to the rear of the store and look, a few minutes later she returned empty handed. So I asked about another model, we looked around together and she again offered to go to rear of store, no luck again. The computer in her hand said they had these items well I finally broke and said what about this one, didn't want to spend $500 but it was for a 21 yr anniversary for my wife. I could tell she smiled under her mask when I told her that and she said she would go dig deeper in receiving and do her best. In the meantime I was wandering around and happened to notice a kitchen aid box on a big cart with nothing else but keurig boxes, I moved the coffee machines, pulled it out and got it opened and there was the teal colored professional plus 5 kitchen aid, jaelynn returned about this time and apologized but gave a "yay" when I showed her what I found. We spoke for a few, she is a wonderful person who ran all over target and dismantled receiving for this thing. She is awesome!! She congratulated me on my anniversary thanked me for coming, I thanked her for being great and I checked out and left. Best customer service experience I have ever had in midland! Thanks again J!!!”
