High Plains Apartment Homes is a great and very nice community with awesome, amazing, sweet, and kind staff who go the extra mile to make residents feel at home and happy. The community is strategically located within minutes of shopping, restaurants, and Odessa College. It offers large floorplans with large closets, extra storage, and fireplaces. Amenities include a sparkling pool, BBQ grills, laundry centers, and a business center. While there are occasional issues noted like stray cats or rare break-ins, the staff is consistently helpful and responsive, providing excellent service. Residents report loving it there and give the place five stars.
The Leasing Manager Lilly is so sweet she has always been so nice and helpful!!! They have events for the complex and help with school supplies!!!

Jose was absolutely amazing! Had an emergency we needed taken care of and he made the effort to come out here right before a storm and took the extra mile for us. Great community !
